Church laundry is out and the church spies are zooming in on the happeningsE Lloyd Kelly’s new and controversial book, church Laundry was released and made available to the public on Dec. 8th 2018. This project consist of over 59,000 words, 33 chapters and over 220 pages Part fiction, part fact, where the author uses what is, and what is known and practiced routinely by his subjects and target audience, but which is in his view not good nor is it sustainable in the long run, but the fiction part of the story points the reader to another way, another possibility. A coming together of two genres one might say. The cleaning crew has been showing up in some churches of late, and they are finding quite a hefty load in the basket and elsewhere. The muck under the carpets required heavy duty lifting, at those churches where a particular kind of people have been worshipping, the dirty laundry has been piling up for too long a time and the washing crew is sparing no resources in attempting to clean up the mess. The wash day clothesline is growing longer and longer and is laden heavy under the load. Stretched out behind the church building too but not far enough out of sight of the scrutinizing eyes of curious passers-by, and parishioners alike. Parishioners are mad as well, at the whole debacle. Not to worry about that though, or nottin else, I mean, anything else, every little thing is going to be alright, right? And if and when God finds out about this, she is going to be really upset no doubt. And some people are going to get what they are going to get. But you don't have to worry, yet. You have been good. You have behaved yourself nicely, it's the naughty ones who are going to get what’s coming to them, not you and me, right? Get the story here. Stories like these: …Some savage beast from a wilderness theme. Bit the brother hard in the crust of his bloodstream. Oh how he hallowed, oh how the brother scream. But none was found worthy, to reach out and save him, so it would seem.
He had was to Hallow yet more, he had was to curse, just to stop him from popping open, blow up and burse. Could he find you though, doing the wrong thing when upon his imminent returning, he should find you and me, like, like drifting, drifting away? Like you've been seen to be doing. Even while you were doing all of those other things. Like, while you are there a-lean, lean, leaning? Leaning on the wrong side? Of everything? Of course not you, only the other you, I mean, the other he, as in the Elk, as it is in this case. He alone could be found guilty of such. But choh man, shut up yu mouth nuh, yuh chat too much arready. Get the Church Laundry book, and be sure to read it at least twice. that way you may get a chance at seeing what it is that the brother is really saying to you. Promise?
